Operation Grow offers a variety of ways to get involved or volunteer. Some of the opportunities are for Youth (ages 13-25), Adults, Partnerships with other organizations and nonprofits, Partnerships with businesses and corporations, and tailored Internships. Youth participants for Community Service will be required to have a parent/youth orientation & training either in person or virtually and signed agreements with Operation Grow.

• All adult volunteers will require a background check, orientation & training, and signed agreement with Operation Grow.
• All Partnerships with other organizations and Nonprofits must sign an agreement with Operation Grow.
• All Partnerships with businesses and corporations must sign an agreement with Operation Grow.
• All Internships will be tailored and require a background check, proof of college enrollment, and signed agreement.​​
