Operation: Grow is a One-Stop Empowerment Nonprofit organization that services underserved/at-risk groups through Human, Social, Economic, and Environmental Sustainability. 

The specific purposes of this Nonprofit are:

​Purpose one: Human Sustainability, with the overarching goal of the maintenance and preservation of human life, and all the aspects involved in Quality of Life, such as educational and personal growth, human development and preservation, primarily for underserved/frontline/at-risk groups and minorities, through awareness, service, advocacy, and philanthropy.

Purpose two: Economic Sustainability, with the overarching goal of the maintenance of economic resources so that production and regeneration of resources is faster than the rate of consumption, and all aspects involved in Economic Prosperity, such as financial capability and fitness, primarily for underserved/frontline/at-risk groups and minorities, through awareness, service, advocacy, and philanthropy.

Purpose three: Social Sustainability, with the overarching goal of preserving humankind and society for the future, and all aspects involved in Social Responsibility, such as Community development, community service/service to others and civic responsibility, primarily for underserved/frontline/at-risk groups and minorities, through awareness, service, advocacy, and philanthropy.

Purpose four: Environmental Sustainability, with the overarching goal of preserving and maintaining the Natural world, resources, and the proper utilization of the environment to prolong the life of earth and its inhabitants, and all aspects involved in Environmental Stewardship, such as taking environmental action and advocacy, primarily for underserved/frontline/at-risk groups and minorities, through awareness, service, advocacy, and philanthropy.
